Yes, in the midst of the hype for Game of Thrones, I'm going to turn left and say I'm much more excited for this HBO offering: Luck.
A show about the ins and outs of horse racing, written by David Milch, produced by Michael Mann, and starring the likes of Dustin Hoffman and Nick Nolte?
Thanks for posting Goose, this looks awesome, hopefully its realistic (from a racing perspective). Despite the decline of horse popularity, there've been several popular movies and tv programs (Secretariat, Jockeys) to crop up recently. This type of show doesn't seem likely to rebound interest as it will focus on the negatives..which frankly are more interesting in a show on HBO.
