Some television highlights coming in the month of February. If Sex in a Box isn't a hint of the coming apocalypse, I don't know what is.
Continuing with television, a new murder mystery has started, called Fortitude. Good cast; bad network, as I've never heard Pivot. Go here to watch the first episode on Youtube, but after that I'm not sure what you can do. So maybe don't watch it so you don't get hooked without the opportunity to fulfil the series? I can't imagine your call to your cable company begging them to add Pivot to your package is going to work. It's quite the conundrum.
Universe mysteries that baffle us! Though are we stupid because we can't understand these things out of our grasp, or should we be content to know our current limitations, and work through them at a comfortable pace, knowing full well that someday we might have the technology to understand more?
Every so often a western comes along that reminds you how great a western can be. I don't know if The Salvation is that western, but it surely looks like it could be. It doesn't hurt that it stars Mads Mikklesen in it...
There are so many cooking oils out there, it's difficult to keep track of which you should use for whatever you're cooking. Until now.
Like that book you're reading? Want to read another one just like it? Have I got a website for you!
Rick Rubin just offered some random thoughts on the many albums he's produced over the years. Read them here.
Have you ever seen an album cover so hideous you were curious to hear the songs that led he/she/them to creating it? Well, now you can...(be careful, it's definitely not safe for work; also I might buy that Gary album!)
