Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy is a great take on Batman, but it's still flawed. What started out as an urban "realistic" take on the superhero, devolved into a traditional comic book superhero movie by the end. The first movie had some shaky legs but inspirational ideas; the second movie went too long and spun the focus off the best character two thirds into the movie; and the third just got preposterous for preposterous sake. But you may disagree. You may love these movies. And if you do, these fan theories about them might make you relive them all over again.
